The national institute for the development of continuing vocational training (Institut national pour le développement de la formation professionnelle continue, INFPC) is a public institution under the supervision of the ministry of Education, Children and Youth (Ministère de l’Éducation nationale, de l’Enfance et de la Jeunesse).

Its mission is to promote lifelong learning through three activities : 

• management and coordination of the lifelong-learning.lu portal, the Luxembourgish reference site for lifelong-learning.
• provision of guidance to companies seeking public support for training by providing an information and support service.
• monitoring and development work on training through the Training Observatory.
