Could you tell us a bit more about the activities of your company?

 

SD Worx provides HR Services to companies of all sizes and all industrial sectors in Luxembourg. Our portfolio of services covers payroll and HR administration, social and tax law support, via consulting and training activities, through a pragmatic and integrated approach. These three closely linked areas of expertise allow us to offer tailor-made solutions to our clients. These are developed in such a way as to integrate the existing HR processes as effectively as possible, with a view to continuous improvement. SD Worx supports its customers through these many changes.

 

How does your company stand out from the competition?

Further to the COVID-9 crisis we went trough / are going through, have you adapted your products / services and if yes, how?

 

The Covid-19 crisis has put HR departments at the forefront. Managers have coordinated the lock-down of their teams and the consequences: exceptions related to labor law and border tax, management of CRFs, coordination of short-time working in particular. Weaknesses related to payroll were highlighted: ability to adapt to changes, existence of back-ups, risks related to internal payroll management. Finally, this situation has prompted our clients to make faster progress on the digitalization of their processes. Our teams have been able to guide and secure our customers on this wide range of important topics.
