As an expert in Payroll and HR solutions, what is your vision about the HR environment and its future?
The HR environment has become more complex. From a regulatory point of view, several changes have occurred, requiring more and more control and monitoring of employees' situations, particularly in the cross-border context. On the other hand, within the labour market, companies have to face an increasing individualization of employees' requirements, and consequently compensation packages. SD Worx supports its customers through these many changes.
How does your company stand out from the competition?
SD Worx is the only company to offer its customers such a wide range of complementary services, allowing them to have a single point of contact for all the HR issues they may encounter in the daily management of their staff. This complementarity, combined with the expertise of our employees, allows us to deliver a service that meets our customers' needs exactly, and in accordance with their contextual and organizational specificities.
