Great Place to Work® explains to HR professionals its concept and the benefits that companies can derive from it.
What is the added value of Great Place to Work® for any company and its employees?
Our know-how and our values offer companies and their employees the guarantee of an efficient, complete, objective and confidential diagnosis. The goal is to support organizations to be and/or remain efficient while ensuring the well-being of their employees. If these companies are interested in, they can also participate in our Best Workplace© label. This label is an internal marketing tool for recruiting and retaining talents but it is also reassuring externally, for customers and prospects because, we know it, a company where employees are treated well is a company reliable and efficient on which we can rely.
What kind of companies can use your services and how does it work in practice?
Great Place to Work® works with companies of all sizes and all sectors, both private and public, with 10 employees up to 3,000 around Luxembourg.
Our Great Place to Work® diagnosis is a two-step process, with the Trust Index® survey for which a simple Excel file filled in by the evaluated company is required, and the Culture Audit® file to know the HR practices and programs of each company.
Who is your conference aimed at? What content will be discussed?
It will be for all companies/CEOs/HR managers/communication or marketing departments who are looking to evaluate the employee experience within their organization in order to develop their performance. We will present our approach, our tools and the way we work. Companies often know about us but do not always know how we work, or what are the criteria for being eligible for the Best Workplaces© label.
