Interview 26 November 2020
" We wish to support the HR Lux Trade Fair's approach to ensure that this fair will continue
Edenred Luxembourg, sponsor for the 3rd year, gives us further information regarding their participation to the fair and the benefits of luncheon vouchers and "Ticket Compliments".
Why are you renewing your experience as an expert at the HR LUX Trade Fair ?
Edenred Luxembourg has been a partner of the HR Lux Trade Fair since its launch. We are therefore renewing our presence at the exhibition for the 3rd consecutive year because we appreciate the quality of the visitors. Even if, in 2021, we will only see our interlocutors virtually instead of physically, we wish to support the HR Lux Trade Fair's approach to ensure that this fair will continue.
What is the added value of your products for any company and its employees?
The meal voucher is considered to be the most popular extra-legal benefit for employees in Luxembourg. It enables the company to motivate and retain its employees, increase their purchasing power and attract new talent. In addition, the employer's share is a deductible expense and not subject to social security contributions. Employee profit-sharing is tax-free and exempt from social security contributions.
The Ticket Compliments gift voucher from Edenred can be an invaluable financial support for your employees at the end of the year but also a concrete way to boost morale and support the more than 350 Luxembourg businesses that accept it.
As an external actor, what added value a company such as yours, could you bring to HR professionals?
The experience, know-how, expertise and support of our customers. Edenred is a leading multinational company in terms of experience and expertise in the digital field. The company benefits from strong worldwide recognition in the digitalization of its solutions and is notably the leader in France, Germany and Belgium, both for cards and mobile payment. Innovation is part of Edenred’s DNA, which connects 50 million employees with 2 million partner retailers through more than 850,000 corporate customers in 46 countries. For several years, Edenred Luxembourg has been in favour of the dematerialisation of meal vouchers in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and therefore wishes to have the legal framework for this extra-legal benefit in the Greater Region adapted.
