“The strength of the collective to meet new challenges!
Better together: From the GIGN to the company…”
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm – Salle Délégués
Speaker: Franck PIERROT, former GIGN group leader
Franck Pierrot brings a pragmatic and operational perspective to the company. Thanks to his extraordinary career at the GIGN and his experience as General Manager of a French company in the field of Photovoltaics, he helps companies strengthen cohesion, develop employee engagement and loyalty to create an unwavering collective.
Conference’s description:
Provided we ask ourselves the right questions and accept the idea that together we are stronger, we go further and we perform sustainably.
Finding your place in the team, recognizing the value of others and discovering the pleasure of working together are essential elements to build a dynamic collective force that makes you want to surpass yourself!
• Why want to build a collective force?
• What are the interests on an individual and collective level?
• What are the steps to follow to get there?
• What are the actions to take individually?
• What are the techniques to implement on a daily basis?
During his conference, Franck Pierrot answers these questions by immersing the audience in the world of the GIGN and more particularly during the Marseille Marignane hostage-taking on December 26, 1994. During this storytelling, rich in emotions, he leads the audience to feel the benefits and power that a human organization can release when it is driven by a just intention and strong values.
Franck Pierrot transposes his experience of the GIGN to the company by creating a bridge allowing participants to understand the importance of working in a climate of trust that is favorable to individual development and the development of collective performance. He approaches the theme of trust (in oneself, in others and in the company) from a new, pragmatic and easily applicable angle in teams.
He also deals with the subtleties related to the development of team spirit by emphasizing two essential and inseparable words:
• Cohesion to give substance to the collective and create unity.
• Coherence to promote complementarity and create wealth in the company.
Finally, he projects the audience one last time into the world of the GIGN to discover what he calls “The steamroller effect”! A current of energy whose members who animate it put the collective interest before their individual interest.
Throughout the conference, Franck Pierrot provides practical and easy-to-implement techniques and tips for everyday life, in the GIGN spirit!
