In a constantly changing professional world, where the competitiveness and adaptability of companies have become priorities, attracting and retaining talent represents major challenges. Employee expectations have changed, and companies must now meet new requirements: giving meaning to work, offering a fulfilling environment and guaranteeing a balance between professional and personal life. This is where Quality of Life at Work (QLW) comes in, an essential strategic lever to stand out on the job market.
Our conference will address the theme of attracting and retaining talent through the prism of QLW, highlighting the deep links between well-being at work, organizational performance and employee loyalty. We will explore the challenges, opportunities and actionable levers to put in place to transform QLW into a real asset for your organization.
