Conference’s description:

Recent developments in labor law have led employers, some for the first time, to have to put in place internal policies. They thus had to determine, in a fairly short period of time and sometimes with some incomplete texts, the content of several internal policies, concerning the protection of whistleblowers, the right to disconnect or even the fight against harassment. moral.

What conclusions can be drawn from these recently implemented internal policies? During this conference we invite you to review recent legislative changes together, to critically examine the effectiveness of these policies and to discuss the challenges encountered during their implementation.

Conference in French.
