Topic:
Although the various HR obligations have evolved constantly in recent years, it must be recognized that 2023 will have been particularly eventful in this area. Companies not only had to adopt new legislation, but also make it coexist with each other. Focusing on the harassment law of March 29, 2023, the whistleblowing law of May 16, 2023, the right to disconnect from July 4, 2023, and the daily management of professional risks, what are the returns from the field at the start of 2024? How have companies in Luxembourg adopted these different obligations and what results have they made?
Our panelists work in various disciplines linked to these obligations and will aim during this interactive moment to share with you their perspective on the difficulties encountered by Luxembourg companies, their successes and the road they still have to go.
Whether you want to have a view of proven practices on these subjects, know the results of several companies, or simply benefit from different prisms of expertise, do not hesitate to join us for this round table.
