As part of the pension reform scheduled for 2026 in Luxembourg, this conference aims to explain the upcoming changes in the pension system and their implications for workers and retirees.
We will outline the new contribution rates that will come into effect, focusing on the adjustments necessary to ensure the system’s sustainability in the face of an aging population. We will also discuss the revision of the retirement age and efforts to strengthen the minimum guaranteed pensionto ensure that all citizens receive a sufficient retirement income.
A key part of the conference will be dedicated to presenting a pension simulator. This tool will allow participants to calculate an estimated amount of their future pension based on various parameters (income, years of contribution, retirement age).
