Performance, well-being, engagement: these concepts are omnipresent in management discourse, but rarely clarified. When they are not, teams move forward… sometimes at the cost of burnout.
This conference proposes repositioning these three dimensions as the pillars of a single ecosystem. It shows why sustainable performance cannot exist without meaning, a clear framework, and genuine team commitment.
It invites leaders to question what they are building every day: a system that puts people under pressure or an environment that allows results to last.
The challenge is not to choose between people and performance, but to create the conditions for them to coexist sustainably.
