Who are your services intended for and how does this work in practice?
Our language training offer is mainly aimed at companies with international needs where employees use a foreign language on a regular basis. Our role is to help them develop their employee’s language skills.
The way it works: learners choose a personalized training program, undergo a level audit which provides a CEFR equivalency. A native trainer takes over with a 1 on 1 telephone or Skype training. During this time the learner has access to our e-learning platform. The trainers are available 24/7, cancellation time is one hour before the start of the lesson and the reservation time is of 30 minutes prior. Our extensive flexibility provides an adequate response to busy employees!
Could you tell us a bit more about the activities of your company?
1to1PROGRESS is a distance learning specialist which trains in 7 languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Dutch). Learners create their tailor-made programs based on their own personal situations. They can select the trainer best suited to their profile. We have an e-learning platform with over 3000 learning resources, news videos sent in microlearning format as well as a mock exam module to prepare for certifications such as TOEIC, BRIGHT, Linguaskill.
This year we are developing an algorithm that will allow you to identify the perfect trainer with even more efficency!
Why should HR LUX Trade Fair visitors meet you at your booth?
In order to discover our Learning Management Systems – LMS- from the learner's and the HR's perspective. Our platform allows managers to monitor the progress of their employees training courses (programs, audits, detailed monthly reports, etc.), to download administrative documents, to check attendance sheets. Above all, it enables the managers to observe real time feedback and satisfaction. Once on the stand, we will also offer that your employees test our solution.
